The dark energy that plagued Anikka during the last tournament affected Rattan Hill so badly that it corrupted the wildlife, like the wolves. This place also housed Yeon's Barrier, which housed the Hellspawn's heart, beig guarded by the Yeon clan. The clan was overwhelmed by the Covetous Legion, lead by Vykas herself, who claimed the heart.
