Legion Raids are endgame PvE content in Lost Ark. In it, you face off against the full might of the Demon Legion Commanders and their forces.

Gameplay[]

  • There are one (Kakul-Saydon) or two (Valtan / Vykas / Brelshaza / Akkan / Thaemine) teams of 4 players each.
  • There are no revives possible during the fight.
  • The boss' health bar is visible.
  • Each gate has its own rewards and chest and can be completed independently with a different group, though a player cannot enter a gate until all previous gates are completed.
    • Chests can be claimed, until the next weekly reset, outside of the Legion Raid in the respective UI.
    • After 6 characters have looted gold rewards, the other characters can choose to claim the 'View More Rewards' in the UI of the cleared raids for free. Legion Raid free 'View More Rewards' is restricted to 3 times per character.
  • Each character can clear each legion raid once per week. The normal and hard modes for the same gate on the same Raid share the same weekly lock down per character.
  • Currently, all Legion Raids do not have a maximum item level for gold.
  • Each character can choose to receive or not to receive gold rewards before entering a raid. Even if they decide not to claim the gold rewards, the other rewards (such as honing materials and Legion Raid Gear crafting materials) can still be earned.
  • Legion Raids are considered as "end-game content". Each character can earn gold rewards from 3 end-game content per week. This limit is shared with "end-game content" Abyssal Dungeons, Epic Raids, and Kazeros Raids.
  • Brelshaza Gate 0 can be skipped by the raid leader, teleporting the group directly from Astalgia's Door to Nightmare Shadow.

Inferno difficulty[]

  • "Scale of Balance" is applied, and the raid requires use of the Book of Coordination, so everyone's gear is normalized against the level of your Legion Commander opponent.
  • The gate progression system is not active, all gates have to be completed in one sitting.
  • Inferno mode does not count against the weekly attempt limit for Legion Raids. A player can play on Normal/Hard and Inferno in the same week, and try Inferno as many times as they'd like.
  • Previously removed gates (namely Vykas Gate 1) are still present in Inferno mode.
    • Brelshaza inferno only contains both end gates (previously Gate 5 and 6).
  • Inferno rewards: titles, achievements, Stronghold structures. An in-game vendor is available for players to access a variety of prestigious rewards, earned after various numbers of clears.
    • The deathless clear title is granted for clearing all gates of the raid without anyone in the raid dying.

Sidereals[]

  • Each Legion Raid has a set of 3 sidereal abilities that are used to help the players during the fight.
  • These can only be used by the raid leader and when the sidereal bar is full. The default shortcut is Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+X, or Ctrl+C for Sidereal 1, 2, or 3 respectively. The bar fills up when meeting certain conditions during boss battles and passively over time.
  • These sidereal abilities need to be aimed.

Thirain awakens the Vanquisher and smashes it with the power of light to create a massively damaging explosion. It has a powerful Weak Point ability with the holy powers of the Vanquisher.

Wei summons Dochul who is sealed inside to launch a powerful attack 3 times. Awakened Dochul inflicts massive Stagger damage whenever he attacks.
Balthorr -
Arcturus's Breath
Balthorr strikes the anvil with the Earthen Strength. When he strikes the anvil, all squad members within 14 meters of the anvil are enhanced for a certain duration. The enchanted armor grants Push immunity, reduces the damage taken from the foes, and blocks some of the powerful skills of the Legion Commander.

Nineveh feeds arrows to Perkunas to precisely attack your foe's weak spots and inflict powerful damage. Partially remove buffs used by the Commander on hit.

Inanna -
Elzowin's Grace
Inanna uses magick to create a 14-meter protective zone. While under the protection effect, become immune to push, certain amounts of damage are absorbed, and Encroachment decreases constantly. The moment the protective zone is disabled, targets within the area recovers HP according to max HP.

While the protection effect lasts, blocks some powerful skills from the commander, and if the commander is within the protective zone, purifies the "Absorbed Energy". The moment the protective zone is disabled, targets within the area recovers HP according to max HP.

Azena uses magick to summon a spear from the beginning of creation to attack foes. Azena summons intense fire, water, and earth spears to attack, and summons a giant primal spear to inflict powerful damage in the end.
Shandi -
Time Distorsion
Shandi uses Illusion Magick to distort spacetime for a set duration. Shandi grants buffs to raid members in the battle area and debuffs to foes. Raid members have their skill cooldown reset, increased attack and move speed, greatly increased MP recovery, and greatly decreased cooldown duration. All actions including attacks become greatly slower for foes.

The moment the protective zone is disabled, targets within the area recovers HP according to max HP.
