- It requires the completion of the North Vern questline.
- Completing a run of Kenuart Fortress grants 1
Kenuart Fortress Relic Gear Selection Chest, which allows the selection one of Relic Tier 4 gear piece. - The first clear of Kenuart Fortress also grants up to 5 Kenuart Fortress Relic Gear Selection Chest.
- This gear is 1590 base item level, but can be transfered to item level 1640 when transfering from Akkan gear 1620.
