Guardian Raids are endgame PvE content found in Lost Ark.
Details[]
General[]
- Guardian Raid is an activity where up to four players can team up and take down Guardians.
- Guardian Raids are unlocked at Level 50, and completing the Guardian Raid Qualification Certificate (Quest) located in North Vern.
Gameplay[]
- Upon entering, players have 20 minutes to find and defeat the Guardian. The Guardian will display an array of mechanics over the fight.
- When dropping below a certain health threshold or after a mechanic, some Guardians leave the fight to move to another location. This can be prevented by throwing a
Pheromone Essence on the Guardian before it leaves.
- When dropping below a certain health threshold or after a mechanic, some Guardians leave the fight to move to another location. This can be prevented by throwing a
- The Guardian's maximum HP scales with the number of players:
- 1 player: 40% HP
- 2 players: 60% HP
- 3 players: 80% HP
- 4 players: 100% HP
- Leaving a Guardian Raid (Song of Escape) in a group grants the "Guardian's Curse" penalty for 10 minutes, preventing the player from entering any Guardian Raid for the duration.
- Three minutes into the raid, players can initiate a vote to leave. This does not apply the penalty.
- Note that this penalty does not apply when solo.
Rewards[]
- Guardians can drop their Guardian's Will once per day per character.
- Players can choose to opt out of Guardian's Will Harvest before entering a Guardian Raid.
- Players can enter Guardian Raid any number of time, regardless of Guardian's Will Harvest.
- Each unclaimed Guardian Raid Will grants 10 Rest bonus. This can stack up to 100 Rest bonus.
- Completing a Guardian Raid with 20 Rest bonus, and without having claimed a Guardian's Will already, consumes 20 Rest bonus and drops another Guardian's Will upon the Guardian's death, essentially granting double rewards.
- Whether using Guardian's Will Harvest or not:
- Guardians always drop a small reward upon death.
- Guardians drop additional loot when a character defeats them for the first time.
- With Guardian's Will Harvest:
- Upon death, Guardians drop their Guardian's Will, collecting it grants rewards.
- Tier 3 and 4 Guardian's Will Harvest (Level 5 or above) have a chance to drop a Fate Ember.
- Guardians have a chance to drop their respective Epic card (e.g. Ur'nil has a chance to drop
Ur'nil Card).
- Guardians have a chance to drop a Galewind or Vision rune, up to one per Level.
