Question: WILL THERE BE A CLOSED BETA? HOW CAN I GET INTO IT?
Answer: The Lost Ark Closed Beta will be announced at a later date. Stay tuned to our social channels for more information when available.
Question: HOW DO I CANCEL MY FOUNDER'S PACK?
Answer: On Amazon and Steam, pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to Fall 2021 launch. Please contact support if you need help with cancelling your Founder's Pack purchase.
Question: HOW DO I UPGRADE MY FOUNDER'S PACK?
Answer: Founder's Packs cannot be upgraded. However, if you'd like to change Founder's Pack tiers, you can cancel your pre-order and purchase the pack you now want.
Question: I PURCHASED A FOUNDER'S PACK ON STEAM. HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLOSED BETA WHEN IT IS LIVE?
Answer: You will receive access to Closed Beta with the purchase of a Founder's Pack on Steam, no key required. When the Closed Beta is playable, Lost Ark will appear in the library of every Steam player who has purchased a Founder's Pack. Please note that the Closed Beta gameplay experience is only available during the Closed Beta period.
Question: I PURCHASED A FOUNDER'S PACK ON AMAZON. HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLOSED BETA WHEN IT IS LIVE?
Answer: Amazon.com customers will receive an email from Amazon when the Closed Beta window opens that will include instructions on how to access Lost Ark on Steam.
Question: HOW DO I REDEEM MY FOUNDER'S PACK BENEFITS?
Answer: Steam customers will have their Founder's Pack benefits auto-entitled for them. Amazon customers will automatically be sent a key in Fall 2021, which is when their accounts will be charged.
Question: WHAT LANGUAGES WILL BE SUPPORTED WHEN LOST ARK LAUNCHES?
Answer: Lost Ark will be available in English, Spanish, French and German at launch.
