Ebony Cube is a content that grants various rewards in Lost Ark. It replaced the Cube and Boss Rush on May 10th, 2023.

Entry

• Ebony Cube can be entered through any Ebony Cube symbol in any major city or through the integrated dungeon interface [Alt+Q].
• Can be entered solo or with a group from 1 to 4 players.
• Ebony Cube requires and consume an entrance ticket. It has various difficulty:
  • 1st Forbiddance: item level 1250 ( Entrance Ticket: Ebony Cube [1st Forbiddance])
  • 2nd Forbiddance: item level 1490 ( Entrance Ticket: Ebony Cube [2nd Forbiddance])
  • 3rd Forbiddance: item level 1540 ( Entrance Ticket: Ebony Cube [3rd Forbiddance])
  • 4th Forbiddance: item level 1580 ( Entrance Ticket: Ebony Cube [4th Forbiddance])
  • 5th Forbiddance: item level 1610 ( Entrance Ticket: Ebony Cube [5th Forbiddance])
  • 1st Unlock: item level 1640 ( Entrance Ticket: Ebony Cube [1st Unlock])

• If a player has 3 or more times the same ticket type, they can tick a box when entering to cube to consume 3 tickets to get 3 times more rewards.
• If entered solo and without beginning, Ebony Cube can be exited without penalty, the Cube ticket will also be refunded.
• Tickets drop from Chaos Dungeons and Kurzan Front (1 to 2 per week) at the corresponding item level. They also have a chance to drop from Ticket Chest at the Sylmael Bloodstone Exchance NPC.

Gameplay

• Cannot use regular potions (F1) while in Ebony Cube.
• While out of combat, can change gear, skills, and battle items.
• Players automatically resurrect 5 seconds after death. Resurrection time increases upon death.
• Each stage applies a random buff or debuff to all players that stays on the next stages. See below for more details.
• Ebony Cube has 4 stages, each wave has a specific timer and objective.
• On Stage 4, dealing damage to the bosses generates orbs of "Power of the Forbidden Cube". Each orb collected grants 1 stack, up to 20 stacks.
  • Each stack Atk. Power +5%, Atk. Speed +2%, and Cooldown -1%.
  • At maximum stacks instead gain "Power of the Liberated Cube": Atk. Power +100%, Atk. Speed +40%, and Cooldown -20%.

Rewards

• Completing the stage within the time limit increases the strength of the Ebony Cube chest, which is the end reward.
  • Ebony Cube chest goes through different quality: Bronze > Silver > Gold > Platinum > Diamond. Better quality means better rewards. At the end of the Ebony Cube run, the chest automatically opens.
• Rewards are sent to the player's inventory at the end of the Ebony Cube run, or to their mailbox if inventory is full.
• Each stage cleared grants 520  Roster XP. The last stage grants 5,850  Roster XP.
• A full Ebony Cube run takes about 3 to 5 minutes.
• Random T3 Gem is either  Annihilation Gem or  Crimson Flame Gem.
• Random T4 Gem is either  Doomfire Gem or  Blazing Gem.

Because Ebony Cube replaced the Cube and Boss Rush activity, previous tickets can be converted for either  Silver or Ebony Cube Vouchers at the "Exchange Ebony Cube Entrance Ticket" NPC in any major city.

 Ancient Gold Coin contain 1,000  Silver each.  Regulus's Light Currency Chest contain 100,000  Silver each.
